MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reliability Engineer to join our Maintenance Management team. Key Objectives:
Implement a structured approach to planning and scheduling within the Industrial Maintenance department.
Utilize the CMMS system for resource and cost-efficient planning.
Enhance the quality of task plans.
Train the team for seamless adoption.
Enable data-driven decision-making through robust reporting mechanisms.

Scope of Work:
Setting up planning and scheduling modules within the CMMS in coordination with maintenance and IT resources.
Training maintenance teams on the functionalities of the CMMS.
Designing and implementing templates for task plans.
Creating automated reporting systems for performance tracking.

Key Deliverables:
Establish a dedicated planning & scheduling function within the industrial maintenance team, leveraging CMMS functionalities.
Develop and implement training programs to facilitate seamless team adoption.
Generate KPI reports tracking the efficiency of planning and scheduling activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Reliability Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer or in a similar role within industrial maintenance.
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
In-depth knowledge of CMMS systems and their applications.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
