MAINTENANCE FINANCIALS

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Financials CMMS Specialist to enhance our reporting system and provide a comprehensive view of costs on a per-process and per-equipment basis.

Objective:

Establish a streamlined reporting system that consolidates financial and maintenance data, providing a comprehensive view of costs on a per-process and per-equipment basis.

Scope of Work:

Map existing GL accounts to the asset hierarchy.
Align cost centers with the asset hierarchy.
Coordinate with Finance, Maintenance, and IT departments.
Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure data integrity.

Deliverable:

Mapping of cost centers and GL accounts in the CMMS system, coordinated with both Finance and Maintenance teams. This step is essential for detailed and unified financial tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CMMS Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
In-depth knowledge of financial and maintenance data integration.
Familiarity with CMMS systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Maintenance, and IT teams.
