Purpose.
The Logistic Service Lead for J&J - DELIVER MedTech Team is responsible for the Logistics E2E process, partnering with Commercial, Finance, Planning within the Supply Chain Functions.
The role supports our Surgery Flow E2E across MedTech, strengthen our operation and collaborate with internal stakeholders for any process improvement, helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant and diligently.
There is a huge collaboration with Warehouse, Transportation & Consignment Team, looking for initiatives to reduce complexity and balance cost and service level.
We are searching for the best talent for Logistics Services Lead to be in Guarulhos, Brazil.
Responsibilities.
- Comply with internal J&J policies and procedures.
- Ensure the analysis of the performance of consigned customers & Surgeries E2E in accordance with the pre-established contract and procedures.
- Build partnerships with Commercial Business Unit Leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Report and communicate the results from Cost and Service Level.
- Monitor performance and improvement in key metrics.
- Attend meetings and visits to external customers, logistics operator partners.
- Understand the specifics and the Supply Chain process.
Qualifications - A Bachelor´s Degree is required.
- At least 5-6 year(s) of working experience with exposure to Customer Services, Logistics and Supply Chain.
Exposure as Team Leader is a plus.
- Previous working experience in Medical Devices is highly desired.
- User knowledge in SAP is highly desired.
- Able to negotiate and communicate effectively.
- Strong in Analytical skills, Problem Solving and PC knowledge at expert level.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as both a team player and a team leader, able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, work successfully within a team environment, proactive team player, able to take charge and follow-through.
- English is a plus.
- Spanish is a desirable.
