Develop, execute enhancements to CARVYKTI® Learning Zone Onboarding Program with focus on socializing and promoting new Core Values across training program for maximum engagement, retention, morale.
Key Responsibilities.
Support Onboarding Manager in co-hosting and driving flawless execution of Welcome Week and subsequent employee touchpoints through first 30 days Support Learning Zone Team Lead in designing/executing CAR-T Experience engagements for cross-functional partners (ex.
Sales Learning & Development, ERGs, Affiliate groups sponsored by VP Supply Chain) Collaborate with Raritan Culture Club to understand survey cadence and conduct needs assessments for training roadmap Conduct internal and external research on evolving industry standards, best practices, and educational technologies to shape and evolve end-to-end training program Recommend enhancements to overall training program through learning technology/innovation for maximum training effectiveness for GDP/GMP, Data Integrity Collaborate with GDP Trend Investigation team and Quality Assurance Associates to understand compliance trends and root causes of deviations; Find opportunities to bridge gaps and reduce GDP errors through training opportunities Co-Host Weekly Touchpoints to amplify training within first 30 days; Partner with Continuing Education Associate in survey consistency for shared metrics Identify gaps and recommend improvements across training program from Onboarding (first 30 days) through Continuing Education ( day touchpoints) Partner with Continuing Education Associate to build end-to-end Learning Zone dashboard for consistency of metrics across Onboarding through Continuing Ed (GDP/GMP, Data Integrity, Quality Approach, Core Values) Distribute pre- and post-training surveys to collect real time feedback and evaluate learning efficiency; Report insights and trends across Learning Zone team for continuous improvement Perform various operational and administrative support tasks as needed Collaborate with Onboarding Manager, Internal SME Trainers and Trend Investigation teams to understand opportunities for improvement through training program Qualifications Education.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and or equivalent degree in relevant field including Science, Health Care, Education, Learning, Communications Experience and Skills.
Required.
A minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Experience in a Learning & Development workspace Strong organizational skills; Perform assignments with a high degree of attention to detail Excellent communication skills; Articulates ideas and concepts clearly to all audiences Ability to host and/or co-host in-person Onboarding classes based in Raritan NJ Cross-functional collaboration across fast-paced matrix organization Ability to work interdependently and as part of a high performing team Demonstrated ability to design and implement new training initiatives for maximum learning effectiveness Knowledge of current and future Learning trends including overall innovation and technology (Podcasts, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Gamification, Micro-Learnings) Strong interpersonal skills and passion for collaborating/influencing across functions for continuous improvement MS Office.

Experience working in a pharmaceutical industry Data and Analytics focused on creating clear, visual Dashboards from survey metrics Comprehensive understanding of instructional design principles, learning experience design principles, curriculum development, adult learning theories and performance-based learning Survey development connected to strategic organizational business goals Learning Technology and Innovation including conversion of content into experiences (ex.
games) for increased training effectiveness Track record of meeting learner needs in fast-paced environment where quality and reliability are critical to success in role Other.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, domestic The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ USD.
The base salary range listed is based on a US pay scale and may be adjusted based on the successful candidate’s geographic location The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
