KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER B2B (TEMPORARY PROJECT)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization As a Business-to-Business Key Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in nurturing strong relationships with key business partners while leading the identification of new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Acting as the primary point of contact, you'll collaborate closely with partners, leveraging insights to drive mutual growth.
Your core focus will be on driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and enhancing our brand presence through strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities Deliver the annual assigned Sales Targets for the B2B accounts.
Market Research and Analysis.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential B2B clients and assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics.

Prospecting and Lead Generation.
Identify and reach out to prospective B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
Relationship Building.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target B2B clients, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate collaboration.
Proposal Development.
Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs and objectives of prospective B2B clients, highlighting the value proposition of partnering with [Company Name].
Negotiation and Contracting.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with B2B clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives while maximizing profitability.
Collaboration with Internal Teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of B2B initiatives.
Performance Tracking and Reporting.
Track and analyse key metrics related to B2B business development efforts, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to evaluate performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Continuous Learning and Improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in B2B sales and business development, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the sporting goods industry or a related field.
Strong track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals with B2B clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving   * Esta oportunidad se trata de un rol temporario para un proyecto de 6 a 8 meses aprox.
