JANSSEN] PROJECT MANAGER, BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND OPERATIONS

Scope of the Role and Basic Purpose.
The position is designed to plan, Lead, coordinate and control the execution of key projects within Janssen Japan to ensure key projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
The role mainly focuses on overall management of projects to deliver business transformation for Janssen Japan, including driving organization performance, developing new capabilities, and developing a culture.
The position will report to the BTO Lead and concentrate on managing a variety of projects within Janssen Japan.
Main Responsibilities.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field 5-8 years of project management and related experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
