We are searching for the best talent for Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Catalog Management Lead to be in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil or New Jersey, United States.
Purpose.
develop and lead the Data Extraction & Analysis and Reporting Strategy and Execution for the Global Networking Organization.
This position will work through the different data sources, through APIs, and develop business intelligence reports to support decision making to mature and improve overall service quality.
This role will also support and collaborate with internal and external teams on maintaining the Networking Service Catalog in IRIS/Service Now.
You will be responsible for.
Data Analysis and Interpretation.
Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical partners to drive data-informed decision-making.
Report Development and Visualization.
Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel and other BI tools.
Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and ensure the delivery of actionable insights.
Data Integration and Automation.
Design and implement data integration processes using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SQL.
Create and maintain automated workflows to streamline data processing and reporting tasks.
Database Management.
Use SQL for database management, querying, and data manipulation.
Maintain and optimize data structures, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Use expertise in Data Lake to store, manage, and analyze large volumes of data efficiently.
ServiceNow Integration.
Integrate and leverage data from ServiceNow for comprehensive business insights.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve data connectivity between ServiceNow and other BI tools.

Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration with focus Data Analytics and Reporting Solid understanding on network infrastructure and operations, network management applications, WAN/LAN services, telecommunication carrier services.
5+ years of demonstrable experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and report development.
Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Excel and SQL.
Familiarity with Data Lake and standard processes.
Basic Knowledge of ServiceNow table structure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong process flow skills Strong metrics driven approach to measure service health, production of metrics, dashboards, and reports (aging, root cause, queue, etc.) Proven ability to partner and collaborate with other IT teams and business leaders.
Collaborate with partners to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
Knowledge of Smartsheet to create interactive dashboards and reports.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Industry certifications like ITILv3, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Lean and/or lifecycle management Agile, scrum, scrum-ban, DevOps, lean certification and life cycle Mgmt certifications are desired #Tech
