Job Description As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, provide leadership across the organisation in line with organisational values and behaviours.
Be visible to colleagues and attend offices 2-3 days a week.
Provide strategic thought-leadership, expertise, and guidance in all areas of Technology.
Build strong relationships and ensure the technology function is well integrated across the organisation.
Ensure effective performance management and support team members through coaching and mentoring.
Undertake a continuing programme of personal development, maintaining professional knowledge and understanding of current best practice.
Ensure commercial processes are managed effectively and manage the technology budget including forecasting, budget setting and monitoring.
Be an active, engaged and contributing member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Provide clear performance measures including KPIs and team performance data to the Chief Information Officer.
