This role will have the following shift 2.
pm-pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities.
Oversee the daily operations of the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) department during the 1st shift Ensure all incoming materials and components meet the required specifications and quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions Train and mentor team members to ensure flawless execution of quality control processes Strictly adhere to all safety and compliance regulations Continuously enhance the IQC process and implement proven methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
Lead and participate in quality audits and inspections Qualifications Education.
A minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree is required, with a focus in Engineering or related field preferred.
Required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality control role.
Proven ability to successfully implement quality control initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine root causes of quality issues.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
