As a PCV Execution Order Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the efficient execution of aftermarket projects and orders.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure order accuracy and timeliness, maximize revenue and contribution margin, and maintain a customer-centric approach at all stages of the process.
Your Responsibilities.
Oversee the efficient execution of aftermarket projects and orders, ensuring that agreed customer deadlines are met.
Manage revenue and contribution margin, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary.
Maintain constant monitoring of contribution margin and take proactive measures to prevent margin erosion.
Coordinate and monitor the order fulfillment process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of revenue orders.
Increase proactive measures to prevent delivery delays and resolve issues that may arise during the process.
Manage the Order Desk to ensure fast and accurate response to customer quote requests.
Work closely with sales and sales support to provide competitive quotes and effectively meet customer needs.
Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and efficient acquisition of materials and resources required to complete orders and projects.
Develop and continuously improve the ROP (Reorder Point) process in collaboration with inventory specialists.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and maintain a customer-centric approach in all activities.
What you bring? Previous experience in similar order management roles, preferably in Mining.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively solve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
University degree.
Advanced degree preferred.
