About the Role The Uber Mobility Head of Territory & Marketplace Operations is an outstanding opportunity to build and lead Uber's operations across Chile; one of the company's most meaningful markets in the region.
As the Territory Lead of Uber Mobility, you will be responsible for the development and growth of the business! You'll be a key piece in developing and rolling out our mobility ecosystem in Chile.
To accomplish this mission, we need someone who has that mix of operational abilities to get stuff done, the grit and motivation that's needed to partner closely with our cross-functional teams and other lines of business, the innovation and creative thinking to develop solutions in a highly multifaceted industry, and the emotional intelligence to own the local team.
What you'll do.
Lead our Territory Ops Team in Chile to drive the strategy for the markets Build and develop positive relationships with senior cross-functional leaders (e.
., Central Ops, Strategy & Planning, Marketing, People, Customer Support, Product, and more) to efficiently drive the long-term growth and sustainability strategies in the territories Help scale our platform and grow our business with Delivery and Groceries & Retail Develop the next generation of leaders at Uber What you'll need.
7+ years of confirmed experience in consulting, investment banking or operations management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills A data-driven decision approach and sound business judgment A creative, solutions-focused approach, and a strong results-orientation mentality An ambitious DNA Hustling mentality and resilience to navigate the challenges of the operation in the countries Experience leading teams Confirmed experience with cross-functional work Stellar networking and teamwork skills and make smart partnerships happen An eye for outstanding talent, and the ability to unlock the potential of impactful teams Uber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
