As the Head of Professional Services Vice President, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring excellence in service delivery within our organization.
Your role will be critical to the business's success, as you will report on your business unit's goals and achievements and determine the profitability and impact of our services.
Job Responsibilities Field Service Management.
You will be responsible for executing technical services, from installation to repair, and ensuring effective customer satisfaction.
Quality.
Ensure the quality of services provided to customers.
Lead Generation.
Identify business opportunities from customer and installation visits.
Resource management.
Effectively manage regional resources.
Commercial Focus.
Contribute to the growth of the Super Center and promote contracts as our main sales channel.
What you bring.
Specialty Engineering, Metallurgy, Mines, Mechanics or similar More than 10 years of experience in the mining industry or mining service providers Demonstrated experience in leadership and team management.
Strong commercial knowledge and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and results oriented.
