Descripción del puesto Responsible of Project tracking and follow up with stakeholders, using Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
Allocate the Project scope into components or sprints, milestones, initial tasks, and delivery dates.
Establish Project Teams, Governance Structure and RACI inc.
Setting up the meeting calendar.
Complete Project Charter.
Manage RAID Log.
Articulate stakeholders involved in projects, such as Mondelez Teams and vendors or external partners.
Manage Project risks, interdependencies and change requests.
Requisitos Professional in Business Administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.
Desirable knowledge in agile methodologies.
Project management certification preferred.
Spanish as first language / Fluent English Expert knowledge on project management methodologies and management frameworks.
Strong knowledge on MS Project tool and the other Office components (Power Point, Excel and World) +3 years’ experience in project management/coordination, with proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple teams / 3 rd parties and both technology and business components.
Previous experience in technical Sales Force Automation implementations, ERPs and SaaS Platforms project management.
Sales process knowledge on CPG companies Analytical problems solving mindset.
Able to effectively build relationships between Internal Stakeholders and vendors.
Experience developing mitigation and remediation plans.
Proven experience in high complexity software/ IT projects.
Articulate and influence on stakeholders.
Ability to handle project change requests.
