Company believes that the sector has a lot of potential, hence shows high appetite to grow in this field and continues investing.
They also created their own prefabricated modelling software program to accelerate their internal project management processes with a customer-centric approach.

+80 people (including subcontractors) The professional will be accountable for.
Closely working with the Chairman, developing the vision, mission and strategy of the company and leading the execution Having full business planning, budgeting and P/L responsibility Ensuring the achieving of profitable growth and other financial targets in accordance with set short and long-term objectives Orchestrating the whole operations with hands-on approach, leading sales and business development of new projects As the representative of the company, managing key external stakeholder relations Finding and developing the right talents for the organization, giving coaching and mentoring The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree from engineering (preferably civil engineering), master degree is a plus Minimum years of career with minimum 5 years of leadership background gained in industrial markets Prefabricated operations know-how would bring important advantage Previous P&L management experience is a must Strong business acumen and commercial mindset Solid people management background Fluency in English is a must What's on Offer Working directly with the Chairman Visibility/impact with authority and responsibility Having the chance to create impact and success story in a fast growing organization Position location will be in Kırklareli.
