Descripción del puesto What does the job entail? In our FLOW Graduate Program, you'll immerse yourself in a variety of business projects and have plenty of opportunities to interact with top management for two years.
The program consists of two stages.
First Year.
Local Strategic Projects (Content and approach depends on the Function.
Commercial, Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, T&I) Second Year.
Regional Projects This will be fast-paced and demanding, but we will also provide the right support and guidance during the journey.
As a Graduate on the commercial track, you can be assigned to projects in the different channels.
B2B, B2C, Wholesale, Retail.
Part of your responsibilities may include, but not limited to.
Develop a channel strategy considering the changing conditions in the marketplace Understand and document the business aspiration for the channel Document and track the objective for the channel with timelines for achievement Develop action plans to achieve the objectives Complete a customer journey map What do we offer? Mentoring.
We will assign a mentor at the beginning of the program to guide you while you navigate the FLOWculture and matrix and support you with technical, business, and leadership knowledge.
Leadership Exposure.
We want to share your contribution to our leaders.
As part of the program, the outcomes and lessons of each project will be shared by a Leadership Committee.
Career Development Workshops and E-Learning Support with a curated learning path for the program to unleash your personal strengths.

Requisitos What you'll require is.
You recently received your bachelor’s degree.
Your degree will most likely be in business administration, marketing, or engineering, but we will also look at other disciplines.
You have completed a maximum of two years in a professional setting, such as an internship, apprenticeship, or work experience, or you have recently started your job and are looking for a way to advance your career and be challenged.
You are fluent in English.
You're a team player who enjoys challenges and has excellent communication skills.
You're also a quick learner.
