Johnson & Johnson Med Tech is recruiting for a Finance Sr Analyst - Business Partner to be based in São Paulo (3 days on-site and 2 days remotely).
Reporting to the Sales Finance leadership, the analyst will be the part of strategic activities related to accelerate MedTech revenue management and profitability gain.
She/He will assist in tracking the organization's financial performance, actively participate in financial forecasting and analysis, and contribute to decision-making processes to shape strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities.
As a Finance Business Partner, the analyst will collaborate closely with the Sales strategic accounts team and track overall sales from a channel perspective.
Responsible for conducting analysis to identify risks and opportunities, guiding decision-making and strategy setting, and ensuring that the financial performance of strategic customers is effectively tracked.
Collaborate with I2C, Pricing, Sales Compensation, and other key areas providing financial guidance and support, influencing decision-making processes to enhance financial results.
Deliver solutions to evolve our commercial approach and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation where feasible.
Reduce operational complexity with an Agile mindset to implement sustainable improvements and drive tangible results.
Analyze complex financial data and develop ad hoc presentations for leadership.
Monitor the market, assessing potential impacts on the business, and generating insights.
Engage in projects to optimize Med Tech financial results.
Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related is required.
Previous Experience in Finance is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills is required.
Advanced Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written).
Knime/SAP/Tableau Solutions/PowerBI Skills is desirable.
Availability to work in São Paulo.
