Job Title eTRADE Analyst South Latam Job Description Job title E-Trade Marketing (Chile and Argentina) Your role Defines with Consumer Marketing leader local shopper activation online trade marketing planning and makes it customer-specific (delivers input to Integrated Key Account plan incl.
Local Shopper Activation Plan), in line with overall Local Marketing Activation plan (LMAP).
Initiate and realize local or regional online trade marketing actions and promotions based on the recommendations, to optimize stock levels in the chain, to stimulate sales-out and loyalty of the distribution channel, as Media planning for Main retailers; Content creation coordination for retailers; Media activation with local agency; Collect results and plan optimization with retailers; Coordinate the billing flow (invoice, PO, etc.) Define and formulate observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales data and through monitoring the success of the trade marketing activities.
Defines requirements for the shopper research (execution in I&A) Manages performance of P-spend, within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation, both on- and offline.
Implement, maintain, and improve trade marketing tools, allocate the necessary budget, and guard the service level agreements with the supplier (manage the local supplier roster in close collaboration with procurement) Closely cooperates with Sales Leader in the Market to realize sales targets at key customers.
Provide input for local channel Strategy; Helps market to fully understand the solutions; Provides market with presentation materials; Ensures market gets sufficient support; Measures the program performance and delivers; Report every month; Listens to market feedbacks and optimizes the solution to meet the retailer needs.
You're the right fit if you have Online Trade marketing experience in an international consumer goods business environment.
Experience with product market introductions.
E-commerce and driving and optimizing shopper activation in online retail environments based on shopper data and insights.
Driving online foundational excellence.
Budget management.
Strong commercial skills in bringing the brand plans to life in a retail environment (both off-line and online) Able to identify and create a compelling trade story from data and shopper insights.
English (written & verbal) is required.
