Patients First | Innovation | Winning Culture | Heart Recovery The Event Coordinator Intern will support coordinating various employee and customer programs, ensuring that all employees and customers receive a positive experience.
The event coordinator co-op will manage all logistics, be involved with all meeting details and will participate in strategy sessions.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities.
Coordinate and execute all logistics for specified employee and customer meetings.
This includes, but is not limited to, planning and preparing for a large virtual meeting, being aware and up to date on all the current technology and trends for events, gathering materials for courses and events, sourcing and securing event locations, taking reservations, organizing travel and ground transportation, making hotel accommodations, sourcing food & beverage, and requesting payment for physician reimbursement, honoraria, program deposits, etc.
Ensure that feedback from all events is collected, analyzed, and reported out to business owners.
Support team with administering Professional Education events data in Salesforce.
om and also analyze the data and/or run reports to track trends, etc.
Supporting the creation and management of budgets Maintain and update Professional education calendar of courses.
Some domestic travel required.
Qualifications Job Qualifications.
Working toward a degree in Business, Communication or another related major Project management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
Able to interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels within the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Adobe InDesign skills a plus Good presentation skills Motivated self-starter able to identify issues and propose solutions without being asked Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written) Applicants must provide proof that they are fully vaccinated with an FDA approved or authorized vaccine for COVID-19 or have a valid medical/religious exemption.
