Position Summary Bechtel is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a large Semiconductor Project within the Manufacturing and Technology Global Business Unit (M&T).
This position is for an engineer that has experienced knowledge in both 60Hz and 50Hz electrical power systems.
The position is located in our London office for a Project executed in Germany.
M&T Global Business Unit specializes in Semiconductor Facilities, Battery Manufacturing, Data Centres, and EVCI.
Typical Responsibilities Applies broad knowledge of engineering principles, practices, standards to project engineering in the preparation of designs and deliverables.
Makes decisions independently concerning problems on the project.
Attends client meetings and presents Project Electrical design, status, and schedule.
Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions.
Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators).
Promotes the creation of a work environment, supported by leadership, which fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications   Basic Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Must have the right to work and remain in the UK without sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications Previous experience working in designing Semiconductor manufacturing or Data Center facilities (not an absolute requirement).
Experience in resolving complex technical problems and the ability to articulate explanations to a team of engineers and designers are essential.
