DIRECTOR, GLOBAL COMMERCIAL STRATEGY, AUTOANTIBODY, MATERNAL FETAL

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting for a Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Autoantibody, Maternal Fetal (nipocalimab asset), to be located in Horsham, PA.

Nipocalimab is currently being developed in indications across the three strategic segments of autoantibody disease—rare autoantibody, maternal-fetal immunology, and prevalent rheumatology—where it has the potential to transform the lives of patients suffering from autoantibody diseases.
This role is responsible for the global commercial strategy for maternal fetal immunology indications within the autoantibody portfolio.
As a key member of the Global Commercial Autoantibody team this individual will collaborate across functions to shape and create the future commercial approach to bringing therapies to market in a new therapeutic space.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to.
Commercial lead responsible for Maternal Fetal indications in recurrent patients, supporting Ph3 valuations, forecasting and region collaboration.
Maximize value creation for MFI programs through defining the patient journey and deepening insights to define strategy choices Refine Value Excellence decisions incorporating key findings and insights from Ph3 enrollment and trial outputs through deep partnership with R&D Define go to market capabilities in collaboration with regions to secure investment early and shape commercialization plans to build the market Partner with MFI Commercial director to lead Global Commercial teams across the regions and key partners Identify external partnerships that will be critical to advancing patient care in MFI (inclusive of advocacy, etc) Cultivate a “win as one” mentality across the organization; Collaborate across GCSO with Medical Affairs, Advocacy and Market Access to define critical success factors to improve access to care and build a new market for MFI Create visibility and clarity to the program and strategy by maintaining an internal repository of key global asset deliverables including value excellence deliverables Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor degree is required.
An advanced degree or equivalent experience in business or life sciences is strongly preferred.
Rare disease, immunology, maternal health, and/or neuroscience experience preferred.
Launch experience preferred.
Experience on a multi-indication brand preferred.
Experience in regions outside US preferred Experience with drug/device combination products and infused medications preferred.
Must have consistent track record of cross-functional partnership and leading with influence.
Prior experience working with global/regional relationships, R&D and CMC preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills required.
Prior accountability for revenue forecasting and program valuation preferred.
An ability to handle multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making is required.
The position is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.
