DIRECTOR, DATA SCIENCE & DIGITAL HEALTH ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIP OPERATIONS

We are recruiting for a Director, Data Science & Digital Health Alliance Management and Partnership Operations.

In this role, you will.
· Establish key competencies, processes, organization and systems required to build an industry leading data science strategic alliance and partnership management capability · Implement the approach for managing alliances and partnerships individually and through team to ensure maximal value delivery · Lead a team through coaching, inspiring and developing the talent in the growing capability area · Effectively navigate technology, analytical, legal, and privacy complexities to achieve objectives · Work alongside business partners to ensure efficient execution of agreements · Play a key role in managing a wide variety of external partnerships, alliances, and other business relationships Qualifications · MBA, or Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, biology chemistry) · 9+ years, of relevant experience in biopharma alliance management and business operations, data science, digital health, or other relevant biopharmaceutical industry roles, including PE/VC/consulting · Passionate about the transformative power of data science and digital health to improve human health and alleviate human suffering · Proven experience managing a wide variety of relationships and other types of external business relationships · Working knowledge of relevant data science and digital health topics, including algorithm development and deployment, generative AI, precision medicine, RWD · Ability to elicit information from multiple sources and to synthesize that information into recommendations · Strong professional presence and project management skills, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
