Director, Data & Analytics Group Leader – Supply Chain Technology Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Technology is recruiting for a Director, Data & Analytics Group Leader to support the D&A needs of our Advanced Therapies Supply Chain.
This position can be based at any J&J Innovative Therapies or shared services offices in the US, Belgium, Netherlands, or Ireland.
This role will report into the Sr.
Director, Supply Chain Technologies D&A - J&J Innovative Medicine.
The J&J Innovative Medicine Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) team is an end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain dedicated to accelerating new technology platforms.
We deliver on our pipeline of transformational medicines in cell & gene therapy and radiopharmaceuticals.
The Data & Analytics Advanced Therapies Product Group Leader will partner with the Advanced Therapies Digital Leadership in developing and delivering on a robust product capabilities roadmap.
The individual will build and drive efficient High Performing Product Squads enabling a robust digital portfolio of scalable analytical capabilities.
Products will focus on Advanced Therapies end-to-end, delivering Manufacturing insights, Supply Chain efficiency and Quality optimization.
The Product Group Leader will coordinate D&A efforts across multiple supply chain functions and nodes including internal and external manufacturing, providing the team with technical direction, standards, and guidance to accelerate business value.

In this role you will own the creation of a mature end-to-end Data & Analytics strategy that will be vital in delivering new transformational therapies to our patients.
This Product Group Leader role will be uniquely positioned to partner closely with executive leadership, Digital Product Owners, Data Scientists, external suppliers, and industry experts to establish a cohesive execution strategy across each of our supply chain business functions (Make, Plan, Deliver, Quality, R&D and Commercial) and with other digital and technology partners.
Major Duties & Responsibilities.
Attract, lead, develop and support a team of 6+talented Technical Product Owners responsible for leading product development teams in a High Performing Teams delivery model.
Define vision, goals and objectives for the D&A Advanced Therapies Product group, co-shaping strategic demand with the business, and aligning business and technology strategies.
Ensure all product teams are passionately focused on priorities that drive maximum value on our investments, enabling business and customer value aligned with business expectations.
Lead cross-product roadmap and release planning, inform the backlog, solve for dependencies, and resource challenges Define and track metrics to focus on business value realization throughout the product lifecycle, including critical operational metrics, product group performance, team health and product group maturity.
Be responsible for the Portfolio & drive the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) on behalf of the Product Group.
Work with the Portfolio Manager or Business Funding leader to ensure dedicated funding is available to teams where needed to continually plan resources and manage financials for the Product Group Work with Business Product Owners and Managers to accelerate product roadmaps, improve release planning, and overcome resource challenges.
Collaborate with leaders and team members across Pharma (SC, Commercial, R&D) to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications Experience and Skills.
Required Undergraduate qualifications in Technology, Applied Mathematics, applied data sciences or other related fields with emphasis in quantitative methods and solutions.
10+ years preferred of managing technical teams and working closely with executive level business leaders; strong leadership, communication & interpersonal; effective leader and builder of strong teams.
Experience in advanced manufacturing technology is critical, including strong working knowledge of data flows across manufacturing systems, e.
.
PAS-X, OSI-PI, SAP Knowledge of data/information structures, and technologies; BI tools, data management / catalog software; cyber security/privacy.
Demonstrated experience in shaping strategy & influencing effectively across a global organization, driving people, process & technology change.
Innovative leader with ability to translate vision to strategy and outcomes-based roadmaps; balances discovery & delivery; Ensures products/solutions meet service level expectations.
Experience delivering outcomes in an Agile delivery model.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts & technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.
Financial management experience for large global programs.
Globally connected leader with experience partnering with internal/external peers to generate mutually beneficial outcomes.
Demonstrable ability to lead teams across business & technical areas.
Ability to succeed in a complex business environments & influence strategic outcomes.
Preferred E2E Supply Chain digital thread experience is highly desirable Experience in scoping and delivering GxP-compliant solutions Experience leading high-profile product solutions delivered at an accelerated pace.
Agile certification Product Management certification Experience in information-intensive industries or digitally advanced enterprises are preferred Confident, empathetic leader who fosters a culture of empowerment and accountability.
