Job Description As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is integral in overseeing the corporate services functions.
Key responsibilities include.
Leadership - lead and inspire a cohesive team.
Strategy - Participation in the development of strategic direction, change and improvement.
Financial Management- including monitoring financial performance and providing strategic recommendations to optimise resources.
Financial Reporting on a monthly and annual basis to fulfil legislative and regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage the annual budget.
Prepare and update long-term financial projections.
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of financial and operational functions.
Oversee IT, HR and Admin functions.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will possess the following.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Strong people management skills with the ability to bring stability.
Excellent financial acumen with CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
Experience leading a finance function with responsibility for all financial reporting, budgeting and financial planning.
Ideally broad leadership exposure across corporate services.
