The Director will report into the Sr.
Director, CAR-T Commercial Operations and lead a team focused on the certified treatment center network expansion strategies for the CARVYKTI brand team within Oncology.
This leader will be responsible for innovating and adapting current delivery model and network expansion strategies and driving the implementation of aligned tactics cross functionally to enable the delivery of CARVYKTI at scale.
Additionally, this role will provide strategic project, program, and change management to seamlessly execute cross functional CARVYKTI fulfillment strategies for the US CARVYKTI business unit.
Key focus areas will include project/program management (including project planning, execution tracking, and reporting) and effective change management.
This position will also lead process improvements and transformation initiatives and therefore requires ability to influence cross functional teams and work in close partnership with senior leaders to align key projects with business objectives.
The role will require close collaboration with the Sr.
Director CAR-T Commercial Operations, as well as other cross functional area leads and partners in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, CIS, Supply Chain and Quality to develop plans and tactics for the U.

business.
This individual must demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing with and without authority with high-level management, detailed orientation, and excellent strategic thinking.
This position requires extensive interactions with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead the development of Network Expansion strategies to achieve Treatment Center goals for CARVYKTI® Work collaboratively with broader brand and cross functional teams to ensure current site certification model remains competitive, and adapts to new emerging market needs Develop innovative tools to drive Treatment Center activation and maximize Treatment Center productivity by streamlining operations Establish and monitor clear Key Performance Indicators for all aligned strategies and tactics Lead, guide, and coach a team of professionals and develop, retain, and motivate direct reports in a fast-paced environment Innovative leader who can challenge assumptions and think creatively to solve complex problems with urgency Positive leader and contributor to team and organizational culture Maintain a strategic mindset when analyzing complex information to understand impacts, effectively scenario plan, and to be able to effectively lead through complexity.
Shapes strategy and framework for potential future state cell therapy programs Function as the end-to-end Project Leader for strategic, highly complex cross functional projects/ initiatives impacting CARVYKTI customer experience from conception to completion Leverage project management methodologies (Ex.
chartering, scoping, development of the project plan, leading project team meetings) to prioritize, shape, and deliver critical strategic initiatives for the business Effectively manages and influences critical stakeholders across all initiatives Lead high-performing project teams to ensure seamless alignment toward and achievement of the project objectives within scope, on-time, and within budget Drive the evolution of processes, systems, and operating models to strengthen organizational capabilities within CARVYKTI business and across the fulfillment continuum Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
A post-graduate degree (e.
.
MBA, MA, MS) is preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or within healthcare Prior experience in commercial functions (Ex.
Marketing, Sales leadership, Key Account Management), Supply Chain, or Program Management is preferred Experience leading large business transformation or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
Experience in strategic alliance management is preferred Strong verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making is required.
Experience working with customers and translating customer needs to the broader organization is preferred Demonstrated ability to formally lead, manage, coach, and develop direct reports is strongly preferred.
Strong collaboration, ability to establish good working relationships across functions at all levels, identify risks and devise creative and strategic solutions Experience with visualization tools (e.
.
Tableau) or other business intelligence tools is helpful Professional project management (e.
.
PMP) and experience in project planning tools, (Ex.
MS Project) or Six Sigma (e.
.
