The Engineering Productivity team manages the build system, CI & CD pipelines, software installers, cloud environments and plays a key role in the software development process.
We are looking for a Software Engineer with a focus in DevOps to join our team to improve engineering efficiency.
The DevOps team manages the build system, CI/CD pipeline and plays a key role in the software development process.
What You’ll Do.
Support the software development lifecycle through CI/CD pipeline development.
Advance and improve build and general support infrastructure.
Develop provisioning and deployment strategies.
Support AWS cloud infrastructure.
Work with engineering teams to support their business requirements.
Qualifications Required Education.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
Required Skills & Experience.
2+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering.
2+ years experience with CI/CD pipeline support and development using Jenkins.
2+ years of experience with cloud and containerization technologies such as AWS and Docker.
2+ years of experience with Python and Bash.
Experience with code repository management, code merge, and code quality checks.
Other Requirements.
Ability to travel up to 10% domestic US and Internationally, with overnight stay.
Ability to work in Santa Clara, CA.
Preferred Skills & Experience.
Experience with QNX, Yocto, and Linux.
Experience working in medical device.
Experience with CMake or Bazel.
Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
Experience with Artifactory and SonarQube.
Experience with log management and analysis platforms such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or Splunk.
Work Environment.
This position operates in a laboratory/assembly environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands.
May require lifting of up to 50 lbs.
