Role.
Data Engineer Location.
Hyderabad Key Responsibilities.
· Building, maintaining & enhancing the financial systems (TM1) for budgeting/forecasting and reporting · Work closely with FP&A and other finance team in determining the financial requirements, translate it to design and develop specific finance applications.
· Creating, enhancing, and maintaining Transformer cubes, Framework manager models to support business requirements.
· Involve in troubleshooting issues as and when arisen and support during month end activities.
· Technical/functional support for all TM1 interfacing systems.
· Engage with onsite-offshore team for daily activities.
· Status reporting – weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications Qualification.
· Graduate/Post Graduate preferably in the Technology stream.
· 3 – 8 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills.
· Hands-on development and performance modeler in Cognos Table Manager 1 (preferably TM and higher) · Ability to write complex rules & Turbo Integrator processes (using TM1 cubes, Dashboard and Metric Reporting) · Model building ability create dimensions, cubes, links setup element/cube security.
· Setup up security.
· Create applications.
· Expertise on Oracle PL/SQL & other database query languages · TM1PY knowledge to automate TM1 process.
· Should be able to document the Reporting Requirement and develop reports based on the requirements.
· Develop & publish BI packages using Cognos TM1 Framework · Knowledge of Cognos Query, Report and Event studios · Should be effectively communicate with overseas stakeholders.
· Client handling experience mandatory.
· Experience in documenting functional and technical design.
· Good knowledge in Finance modules like General Ledger, Account Payable & Receivable, Fixed Assets.
