Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Strategy in Technology Senior Manager role primarily focusing on finance technology strategy for FP&A, reporting, implementation of systems enhancements, this includes demand prioritization, business relationship, technology standardization and compliance, ang being an active leader for the global finance digital transformation in the company.
The Senior Manager role is also responsible for Global Financial Systems Team(s) and supports the teams’ efforts toward various aspects of system enhancements and project implementations as well as the overall operation of financial.
This position can be based anywhere within the Latin America but must be able to manage effectively across the time zones.

The FS&T Senior Manager role primarily focuses on management of the overall FP&A finance technology including daily operational support, landscape remediations and innovative technology introduction supporting the FP&A process and team.
It covers the commercial sectors of Johnson & Johnson (Innovative Medicine and Medtech) as well as Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC).
Key Responsibilities un-state maintenance of the existing TM1 environment, the deployment of and transition to the new EPM technology Lead the organization in the region and support globally the on Run-state, ensuring maintenance of the existing TM1 environment and the deployment of and transition to the new FP&A technology (EPM platform).
Lead the for demand & delivery prioritization, business relationships (Latam, FP&A, Global JJT, Global teams), technology partnership and user support.
Strategic approach to Finance & technology, effectively leading the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) part of the Latam & Global FS&T team Run State Maintenance of current TM1 and SAP-BW Technology Platform for Latam · Ensure best-in-class user support of the respective commercial teams in the FP&A · Management of system enhancements requests, triage, and solutions all time aligned with the global governance process as well as EPM strategy.
· Ensure high level data quality for financial planning in TM1.
Deployment of new EPM Technology Platform for MedTech and ensure support and enhancement for IM · Ensure Active representation of Latam FS&T team in MedTech EPM deployment, connecting with the different workstreams and input into business process design.
· Connect with your pairs globally to ensure a global strategy for IM, all time understanding and attending our market in LaTam.
· Prepare team and end-user community on new EPM technology and processes.
· Ensure seamless transition to EPM end-state-technology in Latam and support it globally.
Business Relationships · Partner with Finance and IT Management to ensure alignment to global system standardization and operation.
· Collaborate with Finance Management and IT to establish and maintain a project roadmap, resource allocation and alignment to goals and objectives of applicable team members.
· Develop partnerships/networks and tap into expertise of FS&T Managers in other operating companies and platforms to ensure consistent delivery of system solutions.
· Be part of the regional finance LT meetings, to ensure the right strategy in technology for the region and Businesses.
Team Management · Manage FS&T team of direct and indirect reports through utilization of leadership imperatives, mentoring, goals & objectives, and 5 conversations to foster continuous development and knowledge upskilling.
· Recruit, develop, and retain FS&T top talent and successfully integrate new team members as needed.
· Work across regions and platforms to collaborate with peers and participate in knowledge advancement discussions for all team members.
· Participate in people management activities such as establishing goals and objectives, continued mentoring, performance reviews, succession planning and calibration · Manage organization landscape to ensure talent is being developed and placed accurately across the enterprise · Compliance o Ensure strict compliance with all compliance and business policies including SOX cycles, SOPs, internal & external audit requirements, and system security protocols o o Maintain “validated” designation of local financial platform and testing environments o o Coordinate with SOX Compliance, Corporate Internal Audit, IT Compliance, and external Auditors to ensure system solutions meet expectations Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements · A minimum of 2 years of related business experience · A Minimum of 2 years of related business experience · A 4-year college degree in Business, IT, Finance or Accounting is required.
An MBA or master’s degree in one of these areas is preferred.
· Minimum of 8 years’ experience with system enhancement, project implementations, and testing protocol management · Minimum of 5 years’ experience with global collaboration, operating model strategy and system implementation management is preferred · A profound understanding of financial planning and management reporting is required.
· Working knowledge of SAP BI, Central Finance, EPM experience and knowledge is preferred · Excellent analytical (MS Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint), as well as conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
· Strong analytical, problem solving and team building skills, attention to details, initiative to follow through on directives, and sensitivity knowledge of global partners/cultures/norms is critical for this role and required.
· Strong communication with superior presentation/framing skills with ability to partner & influence at all levels, operate with a high degree of independence and have the proven ability to lead/plan/prioritize, and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment is required · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite · Excellent oral and written communication skills · This position may require up to 20% travel, domestic or international
