We have the c hallenge of expanding to new countries, growing our solutions, and creating new products.
We are looking for someone with experience leading big sales teams and commercial experience in SaaS solutions who lives in República Dominicana to promote the strategic growth and profitability of the company in the local market.
¿Cuáles serán tus retos? Leading the growth strategy.
Develop and implement a robust and sustainable growth strategy in the local market, setting clear goals and objectives to maximize market share and increase revenue.
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Experience teams to achieve the growth goals of the version.
Market analysis.
Continuously analyze the local market, including competition, market trends, and customer demands.
Use this information to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Conduct visits and conversations with users, accountants, partners, etc.
Also, share these insights with the team, and most importantly, provide Product visibility on opportunities to strengthen the Alegra Ecosystem.
Work hand in hand with the Growth strategic team to achieve the growth of each product, focusing on optimizing and growing the version's acquisition funnel.
Leadership of the strategic team (TMS) of the version, OKR planning, and monitoring to achieve agreed-upon objectives.
Supervise and coordinate all daily operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

Regularly analyze version data, providing a clear view of performance and results in the country.

Marketing, administration or highly specialized courses in sales or related to the area.
Experience.
More than six years of experience in selling SaaS solutions and leading sales teams.
Strategic orientation.
Must have a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute effective projects for the growth and success of Alegra in the version.

Management and optimization skills.
Needs strong management skills to oversee all business and operational actions in the version.
This includes the ability to manage resources, establish and maintain efficient processes.
Must have a deep understanding of the local market, including its dynamics, competition, and customer demands.
This involves conducting market analysis, visits, meetings, monitoring trends, and adapting strategies as necessary to stay relevant and competitive.
Must be able to identify and solve problems and challenges that arise in the local market.
Should have skills to make quick and effective decisions.

The ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and make informed decisions.
Ability to use relevant tools and metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
High level of oral and written English.
