Conduct thorough inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the flawless quality of our manufactured products.
Develop and implement CMM programs to automate inspection processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the production team to determine the root causes of any quality issues and develop corrective actions.
Keep detailed records of inspection outcomes and inform relevant parties about any deviations from specifications.
Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Train and mentor new team members on CMM inspection techniques and effective programming methods.
Qualifications Required.
Proven experience as a CMM Inspector/Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in programming and operating CMM equipment.
Solid understanding of GD&T principles and their application in quality control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure the highest level of accuracy in inspections.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Ambitious and self-motivated attitude with a dedication to continuous improvement.
Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and present inspection results.

This position requires rotating flexibility between the hours of 6am-10pm.
Shift differential is available for evening shifts.
This position is an hourly/ wage role eligible for overtime.
