handeling processes in no more than 1 business day.

Ensure clear and correct information is provided in CM description and/or PO information table for processing.
Measurable information based on return of processes by HQ registration.

Evaluate issues and provide possible solutions.
Being able to use problem solving skills to provide solution to issues that arise during daily work.

Meeting KPIs for CM QC and PO processing accuracy 5.
