The Compliance Content Curator reports to the Manager Legal and Compliance EMEA & APAC and works closely with the Marketing team, as well as with content creators across the enterprise to enable growth through marketing tools that serve customers while meeting local, national, and international regulations and guidance.
Working closely with Legal & Compliance leadership, Marketing, and medical operations, the CCC assists in implementing and monitoring compliance guidelines across a multitude of websites, marketing campaigns, and marketing collateral.
The CCC assists the content creators and ensures each project is clearly defined, completed on schedule, and the end-product meets defined company goals.
• Review and collaborate with content creators to ensure their projects, programs or materials consistently meet compliance requirement standards • Ensure all Marketing documents are processed through the current MLR system as needed in a timely manner and that they comply with national, local and industry regulations and standards as well as company branding and messaging • Ensure that approved compliance policies, procedures and requirements are implemented or in place, as appropriate • Collaborate with functional leaders to uncover and address potential compliance risks • Perform periodic audits of departmental functions, identifying risks and assessing adherence to compliance best practice • Develop reports for projects and ongoing compliance tracking • Ensure technical feasibility and resources required for successful completion of required projects • Exercise excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction through resolving problems by explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustments to provide resolution • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope across multiple platforms • Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Education.
A minimum of an Associate's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent work experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Excellent judgment, tact, and diplomacy skills in dealing with internal and external business partners as well the ability to handle highly confidential and proprietary information.

Demonstrated ability to partner and work with various departments and run budgets/projects, cross-functionally, cross-geography, and with cross-company teams.

Proficient English and German skills (written and verbal) required.
French, Italian and/or Spanish would be a plus.
