The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics.
This segment is comprised of One Ethicon, DePuy Synthes and Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions.

The role will partner with Quality team and other departments in the organization to ensure the processes under Quality Management System are compliant and aligned to J&J standards and local requirements.
He/ She will have the opportunity to attend quality initiatives/ projects/forums, share experience and knowledge between sites.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have.
· Quality support in processes related with storage /distribution of medical devices for Poland and Baltic Countries · Quality support in medical devices repack-relabel activities, release repacked/relabel products · Quality support in Environmental Controls, Validation, Calibration & Maintenance · Document Management, documents updating, distribution, archiving, periodic reviews, controlled copies · Quality support in training management, quality agreements for the activities that are under the Quality Management System · Participation in the implementation of corporate quality standards and procedures including compliance analysis · Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), non-conformities, quality investigations, change control and projects, risk analysis, supplier qualification, quality metrics in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System · Participation in preparing for audits and participating in their course · Participation in quality projects, new IT tool implementation and supporting continuous improvement · Collaboration with local and corporate Johnson & Johnson's departments Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have.
Education.
· Master’s degree and ·Quality compliance proficiencies Required.
· Experience with work at a similar position preferably with medical devices or pharma background or similar · Quality Management knowledge, quality tools and IT quality systems usage · Advanced in English, Native level of Polish · Communication skills, creativity, reliability · Willingness to learn, collaborative, engaged, proactively bring solutions · Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point skills This is what awaits YOU at J&J.
