The Cold Chain Planning Manager drives a pivotal connection across multiple internal stakeholders such as Quality, Operations, Deliver and E2E Planners and external manufacturing sites as well as 3rd party cold chain providers.
This position will manage a complete planning horizon from short term capacity planning execution across multiple nodes & IBP Cold Chain data management to providing mid-long term strategic inputs to support network strategy and LRFP discussions.
The Cold Chain Planning Manager will translate volume planned requirements to unit cold chain supply & demand across the network nodes for the total planning horizon.
This individual will directly be responsible for capacity heatmaps, allocation of product IN/OUT 3PLs, event stock, MPC cold chain data management, mid-long term freezer allocation and cold chain scenario planning for MPC and strategic capacity management horizons.
The Cold Chain Manager will directly lead Predictive Intelligence initiatives such as data automation and integration and reporting process to support continuous improvement on data analytics and overall KPIs.

Coordinate short term shipment plan with release departments and external planners to ensure Drug Substance (DS) is allocated efficiently and based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for the Distribution Plan of LM products.
Orchestrate and communicate freezer capacity heatmaps across internal, external and 3PL sites and pro-actively identify constraints and potential action plans in collaboration with MPS, PES Planning and Cold Chain Ops groups.
Strong interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing supply planning activities in the coordination and execution of the detailed schedules.
· Executes the monthly planning cycle (MPC) cold chain capacity refresh, in alignment with the updated supply & demand plans.
Supports the data collection analysis and forward-looking cold chain capacity requirements for LM platform.
· Creates Scenarios for Cold Chain requirements based on requested MPS plans from E2E and MPS planners supporting potential network changes.
· Leads and supports further deployment of Advanced Planning System (OMP+) in terms of cold chain capacity requirements in the 1-3yr horizon and linking into the Long Range Supports execution of continuous improvement and business projects.
Responsible for reporting of key metrics, i.
., on-time shipments, and capacity heatmaps, as part of the Supply Review Meeting (SRM).
Translates long term demands into Cold Chain requirements to support LRFP and network strategy discussions.
· Scenario Planning to support additional Cold Chain nodes or major shifts on existing nodes according to demand inputs.
· Work closely with SCM teams to develop mechanisms to convert demand and future consumptions into freezer-bottle level and proper allocation.
· Support NPI and Tech Transfer projects by pro-actively identifying potential Cold Chain requirements or constraints.
Build internal and external relationships, allowing the plants to interpret demand and inventory requirements and respond with the right capacity, and schedules to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications Qualifications.
· A minimum of a Bachelor's/University degree; advanced degree preferred.
· A minimum 5-year experience in planning, operations, logistics, supply chain or related experience required.
· Ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnership required.
· Ability to prioritize issues to support the customer and supply chain requirements; and operate across teams in a cross-functional organization is required.
· Ability to balance work-personal schedule by accommodating multi-country work schedules when needed is required.
· Experience within the following processes.
master production schedule, inventory management, supply chain management, scenario analysis, S&OP, Planning Systems, and other cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical industry required.
· Knowledge/ exposure to digital capabilities is highly preferred.
· APICS and LEAN Certification preferred.
· E2E and strategic thinking.
· Build and cultivate relationships.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
· Proven business acumen in Supply Chain and financials.
· Serve as a role model for Credo based decision-making.
· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ USD.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
