Job Description The Visa Consulting and Analytics team is looking for a high performance individual to join its Managed Services practice and play a key role in developing and delivering high impact projects in South Cone region.
The potential candidate will proactively engage with Visa Clients, by delivering, implementing and executing projects and solutions on behalf of issuers, acquirers and merchants.
This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner.
This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering.
Master’s Degree in related fields a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up-to-date with latest market and industry analytical and digital trends.
Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing ROI.
Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
Experience executing commercial programs in platforms like Salesforce, SAS, Adobe, Teradata or similar.
A plus if candidate has programing skills in languages like SQL, SAS, R, Python, Java and in big data environments Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Solid knowledge of campaign execution and CRM results evaluation methodologies Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
