Job Description Sales & Marketing Expertise.
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, specializing in plastic, packaging, and injection molding products.
General Management & Leadership Background.
Demonstrate at least 5 years of general management and leadership experience.
Medium-Sized Company Leadership.
Have worked in a medium-sized company as a General Manager, Vice Manager, or Deputy Manager.
Be adept at managing a profit center, adapting corporate strategic guidelines to local markets, and proactively developing national strategies.
Manufacturing Insight.
Possess a solid technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
Key Account Management.
Excel in building strong relationships to facilitate effective key account management.
Networking Abilities.
Have the ability to network and engage with interlocutors from large companies.
Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Exhibit a pronounced entrepreneurial spirit, a willingness to expand company boundaries, and a high work capacity.
Management & Coordination Skills.
Display excellent general management and coordination skills to handle sales processing, after-sales, quality, technical, and administrative issues, with a focus on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
International Orientation.
Possess an international orientation, particularly the ability to adapt to work and reporting methods of an international German company.

The Successful Applicant Objective.
To achieve significant growth in sales revenue and client base in China by not only enhancing relationships and volumes with existing clients but also by implementing a planned and strategic approach to penetrate new accounts or plastic industry sectors in China's VR market and neighboring Asian countries like Singapore and Thailand.
This growth will be focused on products such as injection molding machines, plastics, and packaging.
