About Our Client For our Client, a renowned retail company, we are seekingan experienced technology leader who will play a pivotal role in the dynamic development of the organization, providing vision, strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure and operations.
Job Description Key responsibilities.
Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
Supervise the administration of all IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, guaranteeing their reliability, security, and scalability.
Manage large-scale IT projects involving architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
Oversee the development and maintenance of both web-based (browser), desktop, and mobile applications.
Lead and mentor high-performing technology teams (incl.
cross-functional), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Management of the entire P&L (Profit and Loss).
The Successful Applicant Deep technical expertise across a wide range of IT disciplines, including infrastructure, software development, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and data management.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale IT projects with cross-functional teams.
Ability to utilize expertise and experience with MS D365 environment, WMS and POS systems to optimize operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles.
Excellent understanding of cybersecurity measures and best practices.
Experience in developing and maintaining web-based, desktop, and mobile applications.
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate efficiently across different organizational levels.
Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving strategic objectives through visionary direction and effective decision-making.
