As a Central Demand Planner, you will be responsible for the Global Demand Signoffs for the assigned product lines.
CDP need to closely work with the GSLM organization & Regional Demand Planners enabling the predictability of target achievement and consolidate the avenues of opportunities across the regions for that product line.
Your Responsibilities.
Develop and produce monthly forecasts for assigned product lines, as part of global SI&OP process.
Receive and analyze regional demand forecast to finalize global demand forecast for product lines.
Optimize demand planning flow to eliminate inefficiencies in process and systems.
Focus on the high earners and ensure the data sanctity across regions for the product lines.
Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
Consolidate the opportunities & potential by analyzing Install bases, Proposal & Opportunity pipeline Facilitate the Global Demand Signoff meetings Measured on global forecast accuracy and global forecast bias for product lines.
What you bring.
BS/BA Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Planning / demand planning.
Understanding of demand planning practices such as forecast accuracy and forecast bias.
Well-developed communication skills, both interpersonal and organizational Rapid and thorough independent decision making and creative problem-solving skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), PowerBI Knowledge of ERP system (i.
., Oracle, Epicor, MS Dynamics) Demand Planning module preferred What we offer.
