BUSINESS OPERATION AND PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE LEAD, IMMU

Responsibilities - Lead the team to provide solutions strengthen overall organization processes and enhance competitive edge on operation efficiency - Provide sales information and business insights, scorecard development and tracking, and market information analysis and reporting in division level - Support head of IMMU to oversee the overall process with implemented recommendations to enlarge organization effectiveness and cost efficiency - Drive marketing and sales organization capability upskilling, and development strategies are created and smoothly cascaded for BU.
- Coordinate and lead business-related projects initiated by head of IMMU - Facilitate and drive resource prioritization with head of IMMU on an ongoing basis Qualifications Requirements of the role.
- Bachelor's degree or above - Marketing experiences or Commercial Excellence experiences - Strategic thinking - Strong influential power and good collaboration - Excellent in data analytics, business insights, and operation excellence - Use initiative to improve long-term business results, and know how to leverage resources internally and externally for developing China pharma business growth
