, number 1 Company in the Spanish Pharmaceutical Sector is currently looking for a Business Support Services Payment Specialist to join the Business Support Services Team in Madrid to replace maternity leave for 4 months.
The Business Support Services Payment Specialist will be responsible for the following processes and activities, among others.
Manage payments through eMarketplace according to J&J procedures Review contracts, invoices and all other supporting documentation needed before process payments according to HCBI procedures Analyze and follow up all pending Contracts, invoices and payments.
Follow up in LYNX of payment/MM’s/RFI’s Accurate assignment of GL accounts, internal orders and cost centers Analyze reports and review with business Involved in finance closures Proactivity in resolving incidents Administrative duties Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in similar tasks Successful professional background in Multinational Companies and International Environment Preferable experience in Pharmacy sector or Health related Experience in Marketing & Sales activities and close relationship with Rep´s Fluent English written and spoken Ability to analyze data, excel is a must Teamwork abilities Proactivity and ability to adapt to changes
