om and follow us on @JanssenGlobal The Associate Director, Forecasting, Immunology - Nipocalimab position is responsible for the business forecasting process (short- and long-term) for Nipocalimab across indications.
This position will serve as an internal consultant to marketing, finance, sales, and broader business partners.
leading the monthly Integrated Business Plan (IBP), delivering accurate and timely business forecasts, business building recommendations, and shaping decision-making that drives organizational action.
The position plays a key role in guiding the Nipocalimab commercial team through the development and integration of fact-based forecasting.
This person will contribute to the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and as a result, shares accountability for business results.
This individual must have outstanding leadership skills, a consistent track record to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage sensible risk-taking.
They will have the tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions and analytics that address the needs of patients.
They will be personally accountable for making Johnson & Johnson Credo-based decisions and encouraging a Credo-based culture.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of forecast models and tracking.
Proactively identify new data sources that will enhance decision making, strengthen insights, and improve forecast accuracy.
Ensure timely tracking of forecast accuracy and key assumptions across key data sources Lead forecasting processes and guidance for Strategy, Analytics & Transformation (StAT), Marketing, and Finance.
Provide strategic input to help craft strategic and business plans, brand strategies, new product launch plans and life cycle management for Nipocalimab indications Partner across the commercial insights and strategy (CIS) team to ensure primary market research, business intelligence, and analytical insights that are developed by peers across the team are integrated within the forecast models and projections at a market and brand level Serve as a leader in integrating forecasting and analytics (national and subnational) insights with findings and insights developed by peers across the CIS team and translating into sales and marketing strategies and organizational actions that drive growth Partner across the team to determine optimal analytic, reporting & forecast modeling approaches, identify appropriate supplier partners and cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships in the context of resources, timing and overall business goals Apply basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact Consistently focus on key business issues for the brand; the ability to demonstrate leadership courage in order to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/ high value projects is essential Stay abreast of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends and assess their potential impact on our franchise business strategies Enable Credo-based culture and serve as a role model for making Credo-based decisions About you You are conscientious and empathetic, putting yourself in the shoes of the patients you support and the providers who care for them.

Qualifications Education.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred Required.
At least eight (8) years of relevant business experience in forecasting, analytics, and/or management consulting Demonstrated ability to answer business questions through market research insights and analytics to form relevant recommendations Experience in developing compelling visualizations of data with comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions Strength in storytelling, data visualization, and developing effective presentations Immunology experience is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated success solving ambiguous business problems and generating meaningful insights and recommendations Preferred.
Diversity of experience is preferred, with demonstrated learning agility in order to be able to move across different types of markets Familiarity with both patient-based and demand-based forecast models including model inputs, upsides/downsides relevant in pharma Proven success partnering across the commercial organization to integrate to gain alignment on forecast scenario recommendations Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations that shape go-to-market strategy for launch brands Strong learning agility and proven success solving ambiguous business issues High degree of intellectual curiosity This position is based in Horsham, PA and will require up to 5% domestic travel We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
