Currently, we are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Health Condition Specialist with expertise as a 5S Champion and Reliability Engineer. Objective:

The primary objective of this role is to provide guidance on 5S principles and drive improvements in our maintenance workshop. This includes enhancing efficiency, implementing a Hydraulic Oil Management Process to reduce waste, and optimizing asset identification and tagging for improved visual management.

Scope:

Conduct a comprehensive 5S training workshop for the maintenance team.
Provide hands-on guidance for the implementation of 5S principles in the workshop area.
Develop a robust Hydraulic Oil Management Process focused on tracking and reducing waste oil.
Create guidelines for enhancing visual management across the plant, emphasizing asset tagging and identification.

Deliverables:

Team training on 5S principles with practical guidance on successful implementation.
Implementation of a Hydraulic Oil Management Process to effectively track and reduce waste.
Best practice guidelines for improving visual management, asset tagging, and identification.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 5S Champion or Reliability Engineer with expertise in asset health and condition.
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
In-depth knowledge of 5S principles and their practical implementation.
Experience in developing and implementing Hydraulic Oil Management Processes.
Familiarity with visual management techniques and asset identification best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
