PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION To design the future of sport through market-right products for the world’s biggest clubs as part of an international apparel design team, in cooperation with marketing and development for BU Football.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create groundbreaking graphics that bring to life our apparel vision for the season.
Collaborate with Design colleagues to create 'the new'.
Define the balance between sport, fashion and culture through creative design solutions.
I mplement the creative vision into consumer-relevant product ranges.
Self-manage own creative process and execute towards given directions.
Execute design work according to the visual language of adidas, as well as given Corporate Identity guidelines according to legal guidance.
Verbally present product ideas and details with clarity.
Ensure efficient process and communication flow between design, marketing and development for all issues regarding the designed ranges and products.
Ensure proper handover of tech packs into development.
Visualize your designs using 3D tools.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS Team Members Marketing Development External Business Partners     KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES   Strong Graphic Design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Clo3D, etc.) Strong knowledge of fashion design/industrial product or industrial design.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of product development, material and trims for assigned product range  along with techpack experience.
High level of creativity.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
3D Programs would be a plus (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)     REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   Bachelor degree (B.
.) from a college or university, major Design or industrial product enginering  or equivalent experience in graphic/apparel design 3 years of practical experience in design environment (Footwear/ Apparel/ Accessories - or industrial design, fashion design or similar design related areas)
