AD, OMNICHANNEL ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY

The Associate Director of Omnichannel Medical Strategy will develop and lead Medical Affairs in person and omnichannel engagement strategy and operations for the Solid Tumor portfolio ensuring alignment with J&J Medical Strategic Imperatives and connecting processes and capabilities between internal and customer facing medical affairs teams.
They will collaborate cross functionally within field and inhouse Medical Affairs, as well as, Solid Tumor Brands to ensure seamless integration of engagement initiatives with particular focus on segmentation optimization and establishing process and best practices across core medical affairs capabilities.
This critical role will be responsible for working closely with in house and field medical affairs personal to co-development engagement strategy (including identification of prioritized stakeholders, mapping engagement objectives, and identifying tactics to support engagement objectives) and revolutionize the engagement process across internal stakeholder communities.
They will be responsible for integrating and tracking medical impact across initiatives, seeking out and collaborating with Medical Excellence colleagues on technology transfer opportunities, and continuously improving processes to remove bottlenecks and adapt to rapidly changing business objectives.
Develop and execute strategic plans for medical engagement for key customers (thought leaders, academic institutions, large community practices, and research networks) integrating strategic brand planning objectives, liaising with cross functional colleagues, and optimizing the medical footprint and utilization of best practices including internal and customer facing medical engagement within Unified Medical Voice, at Congresses, and across Advisory activities.
Liaise with other internal medical teams including pan-oncology and global medical teams to ensure integration of US Solid Tumor Medical Affairs Strategy is integrated, facilitating information sharing and resource optimization.
Collaborate with Analytics and Insights team to track medical impact across engagements, analyze engagement outputs and process, and optimize future engagements.
Develop and execute strategic plans for omnichannel engagement to provide comprehensive wrap around medical engagement across Solid Tumor provider types.
Lead the process development of integration of innovative digital workstreams to facilitate a comprehensive strategy across Medical Information, Scientific Communication, and Field Based Medical.
Collaborate across Medical Affairs on the development of innovative content, aligning on utilization and amplification of that content and facilitating training on usage and guardrails around content.
Collaborate with Analytics and Insights team to track medical impact across engagements, analyze engagement outputs and process, and optimize future engagements.
Qualifications Required Minimum Education.
Advanced degree or equivalent experience is required.
Required Years of Related Experience.
A preference of 3-5 years previous industry experience preferably in a Medical Affairs role.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
(Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.) Expert leadership skills in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills for bridging between scientific and business participants, for negotiating timelines, and for effective interactions with all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, to cultivate strong partnerships, and bring people along towards common organizational goals and strategies.
The incumbent should be strong in the following competencies.
